I was inspired to CASE (Copy And Selectively Edit) these simple autumn colored cards from Connie Stewart of Simply Simple Stamping. I love their retro vibe, that they are quick and easy, and don’t take a ton of supplies. The supply list is below the card instructions. Happy Stamp Dabbling!
First, the CUTTING…
– 4 card bases cut from two sheets of 8.5”x11” Whisper White Card Stock at 4.25” and scored at 5.5”.
– Four 2 1/4” x 1” pieces of Cajun Craze, Pumpkin Pie, and Crushed Curry (Regals Collection).
-Four 1 3/4” circles cut from Whisper White and Basic Black Card Stock. I used the Stitched Shapes Dies on my Big Shot, but you could easily use a punch.
Now, for the STAMPING….
I used the Momento Tuxedo Black Ink Pad and the sentiments from the To Every Season stamp set from the 2019 Holiday Catalog (page 51).
Next, the ASSEMBLY…
I used snail to adhere the colored strips as shown and to adhere the white circle overlapping the black circle. I used Stampin Dimensionals to mount the double circle to the card for a nice pop. To embellish I used Rhinestone Basic Jewels (You’re So Sweet and Thank You), Monster Bash Enamel Shapes (Happy Halloween) and Holiday Rhinestone Basic Jewels (orange ones/Thankful Each Day For You).
